What is Bang Bang Sauce Made Of?
First, let’s talk about the star of the show: the Bang Bang sauce. This sauce is a perfect blend of mayo, lemon juice, Asian sweet chili sauce, and sriracha. It’s sweet with a hint of spice, creamy yet tangy. This sauce is so good, you’ll want to put it on everything!
Alternative Ways to Cook Your Chicken Bites
Now, let’s say you don’t have an air fryer or just prefer a different cooking method. No worries! You can also cook these delicious chicken bites on the grill or in the oven. If you choose the oven, set it to 400°F and bake until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. This ensures your chicken is cooked through and safe to eat. Grilling is another great option—just make sure to get that same internal temperature for perfectly cooked bites.
