I fell in love with this sauce at my local teppanyaki restaurant and just had to recreate it at home. After perfecting my Bang Bang Chicken Wings, I knew I had to try it with shrimp too!

Recipe for Bang Bang Shrimp:
Ingredients
- Fresh or Frozen shrimp, defrost the shrimp in cold water as needed
- Garlic Salt
- Onion Powder
- Paprika
- Cayenne
- Black Pepper
- 1 cup Mayo
- 3/4 cup Asian Sweet Chili Sauce
- 1 TBS fresh Lemon Juice
- 1/4-1/2 cup Sriracha (depending on spice level desired)
- Mix all ingredients together well. Add more sriracha for added spice or lemon juice for added tang.
- Hot Honey
- Fresh Cilantro
Instructions
- Lightly season the shrimp with garlic salt, onion powder, paprika, cayenne pepper, and black pepper.
- Then add a couple spoonfuls of the bang bang sauce. Make sure all shrimp or lightly coated in bang bang sauce.
- Arrange shrimp in air fryer basket in a single layer, cooked in batches as needed.
- Air fry at 400F for 5 to 7 minutes, shaking the basket halfway.
- Remove from Airfryer and drizzle with Hot Honey. Sprinkle with Fresh cilantro.
- Serve with extra bang bang sauce for dipping.
