Super easy to make, and super delicious to drink; this Creepy Crawler Craveyard Punch will be the hit of your Halloween party this year!
Little Mini Monster’s bring out the ‘Party Animal’ in me!
I recently got a couple packs of the limited edition mini monster cans from 7UP and Canada Dry. These little soda cans are adorable and my whole family loves them.
The idea was to use them for fun Moscow Mule Mocktails. However…
I have this problem where an idea gets lodged in my head and it’s nearly impossible to get rid of it until I make it come to fruition.
And you guys! Those adorable little monsters on the 7UP cans? Yeah, they made me think of all kinds of amazingness…
If you read my recent PB&J post, then you know that sometimes foods trigger a {food} chain reaction for me. Let me tell you more about this in story form. Haha!
If you give Juli a mini monster can of 7UP.
If you give a Juli a miniature monster can of 7UP, she’ll love the little mini monster so much she’ll think he needs to be featured on her blog… And possibly her mantle.
Putting him on her blog will remind her of the apple juice punch recipe she was going to use on the blog.
Thinking of the punch will make her wonder if monsters like sour apple drink too.
She’ll want to combine the two and find out.
When she combines the mini monster 7UP with the apple punch she’ll realize she found her missing ingredient that is perfection!
Awww…. Snap!
Finding the missing ingredient will make her so happy she’ll want to take a picture.
If she’s going to take a picture, she’ll need to have the monster in it so they can be together on the mantle…
When she takes a picture with that mini monster can she will love it so much that she’ll then want to “snap” it,
and if she’s going to snap it, she’ll want a special geo filter to go with it.
When she scans the ghost icon on the cans (hold your phone (with Snapchat open) over the ghost icon and then press on the ghost icon on your screen) she will unlock the Snapchat geo-filter for one hour.
Knowing she has an hour’s worth of awesome snap pictures will make her want to do even more with her 7UP and Sour Apple Drink.
Story of AWESOMENESS continued…
While thinking of fun picture ideas with her mini monster friend, she’ll remember the cute Halloween goblets, popping candies and sour gummy worms she got at Walmart earlier that day.
Thinking of those goodies will make Juli hungry, so she will pull them out to munch on while she brainstorms.
Eating her treats will inspire her to use said treats in the best ever sour apple “Creepy Crawler Craveyard Punch!”
So she’ll rim the cups with popping candy and creepy crawlers, and fill the cups with the sour apple drink of perfection, and chances are if she has a cup of Creepy Crawler Craveyard Punch, she’s gonna need a party to go with it…
It’s a party!
I gotta tell you how great it was to find all of my Halloween Craveyard Treat Cart supplies at Walmart. It’s seriously the place for all your Halloween needs, I love that Walmart offers low prices and I could get everything from recipe needs to decor supplies!

More fun recipe options with this sour apple drink
- You may have noticed that the punch pictured is two different colors. I assure you that it is the same punch, however when I made it in bulk for a party I added blue food coloring to the green and got a whole new color! I highly suggest playing with the colors to get exactly what goes well with your uses for the punch.
- Speaking of making this drink in bulk, my friend. Toward the bottom of this post you will find a video with a tutorial for making this fun punch from start to finish. At home I make the punch individually to minimize waste. However, for my awesome Creepy Crawler Craveyard Party, I made a big pitcher of the sour apple drink. To make the drink in bulk, I highly suggest using the 2-liter bottles of 7UP.
- Both the mini monster cans and 2 liters will be available in Walmart stores this season from now to October 31st, so hop right on that y’all!
- In the recipe I call for 7UP, however if you read my amazing feat of literature above, then you know I originally was going to make Moscow Mule Mocktails with the Canada Dry mini monster cans. Y’all, I tried it with the Sour Apple Punch mixture instead, and it is delightful! Mix things up and give it a try!!!
